This Refund and Return Policy applies to all services provided by International Saudia Arab Gulf Consultancy Company (IAGCC) through www.iagcc.sa. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Nature of Services
IAGCC provides professional business consultancy services in Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to MISA licensing, company registration, regulatory approvals, compliance support, industrial solutions, and post-establishment services.
Due to the nature of consultancy and government-related services, our services are primarily non-tangible and non-returnable once initiated.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
If a service has not yet been initiated and no official work, submission, or coordination has started
If a written agreement or proposal explicitly states refund eligibility
If a refund is required by applicable Saudi laws
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to info@iagcc.sa.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Government fees, application fees, or third-party charges already paid
Services already initiated, submitted, or processed with authorities
Delays or rejections caused by government authorities
Client’s failure to provide accurate, complete, or timely information
Change of mind after service commencement
Government Fees and Third-Party Costs
All government fees, licensing charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are paid directly to external authorities or service providers.
Service Modifications and Transfers
At IAGCC’s discretion, paid services may be:
Adjusted or modified to an alternative eligible service
Deferred or transferred to a future date
Such adjustments do not guarantee a refund and are subject to internal review and applicable regulations.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible
Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers
Administrative or processing fees may be deducted
No Guarantee of Outcomes
Refund requests will not be approved based on dissatisfaction with outcomes that are beyond IAGCC’s control, including government decisions, timelines, or regulatory changes.
Policy Updates
IAGCC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
Governing Law
This Refund and Return Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
